ESSENTIAL CANINE BEHAVIOUR KNOWLEDGE FOR GROOMERS

PLUS Techniques to reduce canine anxiety

WHY GROOMERS NEED THIS PROGRAMME

?  Are you loosing money by having to turn certain dogs away?

? Are you spending more time fighting with dogs rather than grooming ?

? Do you worry about getting bitten ?

? Is grooming taking a strain on you physical, mental and emotional health ?

? Do you want to help dogs who hate being groomed but don't know where to start ?

Whether you are an experienced groomer, or have only just completed your groomer training, but now you are realising that grooming isn’t just about aesthetics, tools and products; it’s about trust, communication, and understanding the emotional world of the dog in front of you. If you’re finding that behavioural challenges are making your work more stressful or even impossible, then investing in deeper knowledge of canine psychology and behaviour isn’t just smart—it’s transformative.

This is the programme groomers have been waiting for, being delivered by Sue Williamson and Cate Crawshaw who have 20 years knowledge behind them working with dogs that are sensitive to grooming.

This programme will help you:

* Feel more confident working with dogs of all temperaments and personalities
* Increase canine knowledge
* Have improved communication skills with both canine and human clients
* Improve client retention
* Have a specialist grooming skills and niche enabling them to charge more
* Be part of a growing movement towards a canine emotional grooming approach
* Feel confident advocating for dogs in your care
